They look like the guys that sat next to me at Sarah Brightman's show in Rosemont The guy holding Asia is chef Art Smith. He prepared all the hors d'oeuvres and the dinner that evening. If you recall, he was in the cooking segment with Gaga during A Very Gaga Thanksgiving and then went on to become head chef of Joanne Trattoria.
