Guest
If the Govenors still alive at the end of this season I will be seriously pressed... I don't know how much longer they can continue to do his story line for, it's just getting a bit boring...I was so angry that he didn't die at the end of season 3. They should get out and live in the wild again, that's when it's the most thrilling!

I know I was watching the first episode of season 3 where they were clearing out the prison yard and it was sooooo action packed and exiting, BTW if you want to buy it, it is on sale on iTunes at the moment :)

JoshMonster 12
Carl lost his mother... :( That was one of the worst deaths of the show, I would put Merle in second just for Daryl's reaction... Thought I posted these but didnt.. http://www.spoilertv.com/2013/10/the...ys_10.html?m=1 http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=M06FWl7uFhU&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DM06FWl7uFhU%26feature%3Dplayer_embedded Two new sneak peeks into the first episode
MegaMiles 0
I was blubbering like a baby when Lori died. I hated her so much but in the last scene I felt so sad for her! Hoping they leave the prison soon. Its gotten very boring once they cleared it out.

JoshMonster 12
Omg, the first episode can be brought on google play store and. Some guy on reddit has written a synopsis and it all matches up to the spoilers and sneak peeks we got... *We enter into the season after much time has passed. They are trying to breed livestock and have a garden system, but it's still in it's early stages. *There is a "Prison Council" that runs the prison. It consists of Daryl, Glen, Carol & Sasha. The make decisions and lead the group. *Tyreese and Karen are together as a couple and he's trying to find where he belongs among the prison. He's finding it hard to contribute. *Michonne has spent a lot of time searching for the govenor. It's implied that she has been gone a long while and she wants to continue her search in Macon. Daryl does not like that idea. It's also implied that her and Carl have become close friends and that she will be leaving again soon. *Carl has come back from his "funk" at the end of last season and is trying to be a teenager. He has comics that he reads and his relationship with Rick seems to be back on track once again. *We are introduced to a black man (named Bob) who's been with the prison a week and we learn that he was found by Daryl alone. As a group from the prison (Michonne, Sasha, Tyrese, Dayrl, Glen, Bob, and Beth's new boyfriend Jack) get ready to go on a supply run to "Big Spot" store, this man Bob, wants to come along and "earn his keep." Once at the big spot store, we learn that he has had an alcohol problem in the past, but it doesn't play a role here... well, sort of... leads to the next point *While searching for supplies in Big Spot, Bob stumbles upon the liquor isle. He has an internal struggle with stealing some alcohol, but decides against it. Upon placing a bottle back onto the shelf, the shelf collapses and falls on top of him, trapping him on the ground. *At this big spot, we are shown walkers on the roof (don't ask me how) and there's a crashed helicopter on the roof, which in turn has damaged the roof allowing the walkers to crash into the group within big spot. *A big, really well shot action sequence is shown. *Lots of action ensues and one of the members gets eaten. This member, Jack, which we learned earlier, was Beth's new boyfriend. He is a very minor character and doesn't have much screen time. Once Beth is informed about his death, she doesn't cry stating "I just don't cry anymore." *While Rick is out scouting the traps for caught animals, he comes across a VERY crazy lady who begs him for help. I'm not going to explain this part, because there needs to be SOMETHING left for you to watch in this episode. *One of Carl's friends in the group, Patrick, comes down with a fever that ultimately kills him late at night. We are not shown how he got this fever, just that he dies from it. The last shot in the episode is his body on the ground turning into a walker from within the prison. Apparently he left some stuff out. Edited October 13, 2013 by JoshMonster
ryhanna 3,507
Not long until the first episode! Btw don't get your hopes up for them living in the wild again, not for too long anyway. If they follow the comics, there isn't much of that. There's some, but not a whole lot

ryhanna 3,507
Have you read all the comics ?? If so what are your thoughts on the show adapting it ?? I have :) I'm fine with the show adapting to it, but they also tend to change a lot of things (Shane didn't live as long in the comics, they were at the farm for like two issues, Andrea never died) and no death has happened the same in the show as it has in the comics. The entire prison saga is VERY different and so far the comic has done it better, but this season seems to be more similar to the comic prison story. Where things go in the comics after the prison is great, and it'll work even better on tv. As long as they keep changing certain things from the comics, which they've said they will, we're probably in for a strong few seasons. EDIT: Although killing Andrea is going to backfire more as things move on, she's pretty major to the story, especially in the issues coming out now. They'd have to give her story lines to another character. Edited October 13, 2013 by HausOfHookers
JoshMonster 12
I know what you mean, I've only read up to a certain characters death with a baseball bat and barbed wire... If you know who I mean :) But I feel that on the tv programme they dragged the farm too much and I can't say I was a massive fan of the CDC part in season 1 but I also feel that by having it on tv means that you can can experience it more and it seems more realistic. (And you have to say that the special effects guy, Greg Nicotero does an amazing job, I literally aspire to have his job haha)

Are there any other issues after that? I also agree with the dragging out the farm too much and I am disappointed with how they handled Andrea's character. She is a key part of the comics and I'm curious to see how that affects the plot of the season. I also feel like the end of Season 3 was a missed opportunity compared to the comics, although I do like how they mix it up from the comics so I don't know what to expect. aquaprincess 23
I've been rewatching the last few episodes on AMC leading up to the season premiere. I like others wish they would have killed off the governor.I don't see the point in keeping him alive.I was glad they killed andrea however. She got on my nerves tbqh.
