Lady Gaga's latest chart-topping album A Star Is Born was released just weeks ago, but the singer is already working on a follow-up. Speaking to Brazil's El Pais, the Gaga revealed that a new album is in the works, but she's keeping all the details a secret as she wants it to be a "surprise."
"I can't tell you anything about my next album because I want it to be a surprise," Gaga said, adding that the next priority on her schedule is her upcoming Las Vegas residency: "I want to reinvent the idea of a show in that city. I want to give it my all."

The project will be Lady Gaga's sixth solo album, following The Fame, The Fame Monster, Born This Way, ARTPOP, and Joanne. This year, Gaga was spotted in recording studios with producers like DJ White Shadow, Boys Noize, SOPHIE and BloodPop, although it wasn't confirmed which collaborations will make the cut. Additionally, the "Shallow" singer has finished recording a new jazz album with Tony Bennett and it's scheduled for release sometime in 2019.
