Gaga is known for performing and promoting a lot and she had done it for songs that were sure hits, GUY truly needs it, it doesn't have a chance without promotion. There is just no interest around it and since radio isn't supporting it the song can't get introduced to the public. Gaga has to push the song herself so that radio can follow.
