It really all comes down to how well they plan it, how good the music is etc.. It'd be quiet epic of ARTPOP underperforms and then Gaga releases ACT 2 (she don't even have to call it "ARTPOP ACT 2 " I think ACT 2 alone will be epic enough) and she smashes with it.. And all the people that talked **** and said "abandon ARTPOP the whole theme etc.." and "your career is over" will eat their words one by one Who is with me ? Nobody. You can't really say that its an experimental or a commercial album either. If the second Act is more commercial it will break the line of progressive music in my opinion. That means there's hope for Britney since Made in the USA was a Perfume sized flop and they literally waited 5 mos. to release Neon Lights, kinda like with Perfume - 3rd BJ single (if it happens, which it probably won't but HEY).
