Agree, and it really irritates me that she hires people that are her friends instead of people who are actually qualified, this is a big part of why everything has been so messy the last couple years Seriously When did people having an education and being professionally trained with experience become so awful and needed firing? She's got such a beautiful face that it's a complete waste of a canvas I think she looks good sometimes with heavy makeup by the right person, like in my thread I made about Tara in comparison to Billy B. A stroll around SXSW looks like a pretty casual night out, not anything more. They are there to carry out Gaga's vision for certain events. If Gaga doesn't like her make-up and hair at these events, she will do something about it. Obviously, she likes Tara and Frederic and they are here to stay as long as they are carrying out what Gaga wants. Which goes back to the other point of her hiring weak people. I'm sick of it tbh and I'm not going to defend consistently sloppy work. Say you hire someone to cook you food, right? They have consistently served you raw food, with the occasionally ok meal. Why would you continue eating raw food from a friend that continues to feed you unhealthy things? Tara's riding off the fame and pay and wouldn't dare leave, and Frederic has hardly any credentials so he can't. This is going to be a disaster for the next few years.
