EXO is a South-Korean boy band with 12 members, but the group spilt into 2 bands - EXO-M and EXO-K. Currently EXO-M is more popular, because the members realized that the concurrency in the music world is really big, so they spent all their time on making new music and videos. The members of EXO-M are: Kris (23), Xiumin (23), Chen (21), Lu Han (23), Lay (22) and Tao (20). In 2013 EXO-M and EXO-K recorded an album together called ''XOXO''. It was a hit, in just a few months it sold 1,5 million copies worldwide. Exo became the youngest boy band that won the award for the album of the year (Mnet Asian Music Awards). They are mostly known for their hit-singles ''Wolf'' and ''Growl''. Currently they're in Top 100 on The Billboard K-Pop list. Infinite is a South-Korean boy band with 7 members: Sungkyu (24), Dangwoo (23), Woohyun (22), Hoya (22), Sungyeol (22), L (21) and Sungjong (20). Recently they released their EP ''New Challenge''. In just a few days it sold more than 200k copies worldwide and it peaked at #4 on the Korean chart. With this EP they gained success. But, even though they are on the music scene for 4 years, they weren't so successful before. Everything started on the reality show ''You Are My Oppa'' where they performed. Things started to change when they came to the Japanese music scene where they were accepted. Soon they went on tour and they became pretty known. They won the award for the best male K-Pop band on the 2013 Mnet Asia Music Awards. After that they started doing television business. On the local MNET TV soon will start their own Reality show. The girls had some problems when they started, but still, they're here and slaying the world. There were 5 members, but last year a member left. Only Sojin and Minah were in the group from the very beginning.
They've been on the scene for 4 years, and lately they're doing great. Currently there are 4 members in the group: Sojin (27), Yura (21), Minah (20) and Hyeri (19). The critics think that they think about their looks more than about their music, but their newest single ''Something'' took place #4 on Billboard Hot 100 K-Pop Hits and proved the critics wrong. Also their album ''Expectation'' (2013) and their EP ''Everyday 3'' are selling well. They win public with their amazing voice and awesome looks. So far they won a lot of awards, including the ones for best album (it spent 15 weeks in 50 most listened and most sold thingey) and for best new artist.
