Well Volume 1 had been released in June, and Volume 2 named POPESQUE (I don't know why it was named this) was expected for release in September. She is currently in the creative process, and she hinted that if we do not enjoy it we won't like the final product. Now, her creative process is nothing. We know nothing, she is not talking, she is saying nothing. When we were in the creative process for BORN THIS WAY we used to get remixes, previews, leaks lol etc Now NOTHING. WHAT I AM GUESSING IS: Since the creative process seems to be fully null or empty, ARTPOP does not exist. That is what she is trying to say.
