You can see the receipts by my last few posts were I clearly mentioned Venus, ARTPOP, Aura and Dope as singles over the obvious safe top40 style choice Gypsy. It's not about Venus. He'll, I'd be happy with Sexxx Dreams, Fashion! over Gypsy as singles even though I prefer Gypsy as a song. I want some exciting truly ARTPOP singles not Gypsy that could fit on any pop album (I guess Sexxx dreams applies here too) and nine would know it should be on another album, especially an ARTPOP one. I've said this soooo many times, this and other fan sites like ATRL are IRRELEVANT because fans go there to discuss ... I can assure you the GP won't go to these site to find out what the polls say or what the fans say ... I mean do you actually think the GP sits and discusses the production of a song?? The GP follows the current ... Where the one goes, so does the other ... Us as fans and stans can only carry the song that far ... Venus will just flop as a fourth or fifth single. That's my opinion anyway. Besides, Gyspsy just takes the spotlight when she could show the world some of her music that they won't get to hear otherwise like ARTPOP and Aura. May I remind y'all that this era is about the fans, not the radio or the charts More tea spillage :trootea: With a song like Gypsy she gets the fickle GP who can abandon her the next moment she releases a non safe single, she gets the fans who love Gypsy, and the ones who stan only for success (that's only a possibility though). What about the fans who have been waiting since Judas, her last "different" single if only in lyrics and controversy, to get something more ARTPOP? Whatever was the single choice there would be meltdowns so there is no point in arguing. What I am afraid is that Gypsy isn't the smash people claim it to be.
