Sure it's less than we expected and hoped for but it proves that even when she's at a low point (for her standards), she's still not irrelevant. Let Katy and Miley fans celebrate 5x Platinum singles and higher opening weeks, we've already had all of that. I guess the album sales are really on a decline now in the US, which is sad. Say 30-40k people bought 2 or 3 copies of ARTPOP, only 200.000 people actually bought the album rather than downloaded it.
