ARTPOP doesn't have the fans support to push it at no1. Most fans have already preordered the album already. The GP is buying the album now and GP is not that frontloaded. ARTPOP doesnt Eminem is predicted to sell ~300k second week (more than Katy's first lol) So considering he is not a digital artist so much (rap music) he will probably sell 80k from Itunes!
