But guys, you don't build much momentum with the GP besides radio picking up on a song faster. Look at how Telephone debuted and look at Bad Romance's slayage. Gaga has a fanbase and first-week sales are just from the fanbase and in some cases (Roar, BTW, etc) the GP too.You won't hear a lot about Venus before the song debuts, that's for sure. Venus will have huge promo following its debut though and if Gaga manages to get the attention of the GP immediatly (something that will be easier this time because of Applause and a no-leak situation) the single can manage to have big debut numbers!
