Currently listening to TLC EP. Unique sounds, still reminds me of Florence, and Lana from its distinct atmosphere. I'll certainly love this artist

I downloaded The Love Club EP when she allowed free downloads on her soundcloud. At that stage I was starting to think she would never even make it to itunes. 

I never thought she would become this popular so I understand where youre coming from but Royals isn't even the best song from that EP. I'm not going to underestimate her. I don't think she will ever be a Gaga/Rihanna/Adele/Katy sort of star but I think she will do really well.

I downloaded The Love Club EP when she allowed free downloads on her soundcloud. At that stage I was starting to think she would never even make it to itunes.

I mean, yeah Lana is bigger chart wise than Marina, but honestly I think fan wise Marina has a much bigger core group of fans. I think Marina could sellout venues in the US and have more enthusiastic fans faster than Lana. 

 

Then again, nobody really thought Adele would be as huge as she is. I thought after 19 she would kind of fade off, well 21 is one of the biggest albums ever. I just doubt Lorde will be a legend, and that's something I tend to look for when stanning, someone who's going to be around for a while...I do really like her, and I'm not judging based on success, I'll continue to listen. I knew Royals and her other stuff before it was ever on the radio, its a shock the song is #3. Congrats to the girl who hadn't even been on a plane until like August.

If royals hits #1 People will know about her cause it will be big exposure, only thing that bugs me is she doesn't like doing interviews. Billboard has high hopes for her and I hope she gets the amount of fame she deserves Team slayed me last night and i bought it and along with all her released music, and i'm looking forward to her album this month :yay:

Lorde is seriously the most excited I've been about an artist since Gaga during TF/TFM days.  I'm going to have to resist the temptation to download this when it either leaks or is ripped on the 27th when it drops in Australia.
