There’s one on Twitter that doesn’t sound like AI because it’s identical to her 2010/2011 voice with heavy auto tune. The Instrumental is similar but not entirely the same as well so perhaps it is AI. But just the vocals alone make me think it isn’t

edit: i found it, i think it might either be real (and it might be from whenever she made Reloaded), or a very convincing fake made by someone who knows how to edit music.
