Tbf, I haven’t really seen anyone say that, but yeah I would be confused by that as well. But at least Harlequin is great and has Gaga’s artistic voice all over it (something I don’t think DWAS has going for it).

I did not backtrack a tiny bit  You list all the things she’s done like it’s just a bunch of nothing but it’s a huge part of what makes a song

I never denied the fact that it was initially Bruno’s project, I even mentioned it as a “non-Gaga song” lol but she did work on it enough to make it more than just a cover or another feature like Video Phone

Also, I have no problem with the fact that you don’t like the song ; but it’s not just a cool song, unlike Rain On Me, it deeply touched many people

No, that’s just wishful thinking lmao, the chords and bassline are like a good 70% of a chorus girl  and that’s one of the reasons we were all happy that she was involved in production again with MAYHEM. The significant authorship is right there, that doesn’t mean she was the one who first came up with the song.

Significant authorship is the person who wrote the bulk of the song. It’s okay to admit the ceiling of her contribution is 40%, but I respect the dedication to the Olympic level goalpost shifting ♥️
