princedeeblebleble 2,544 Posted 5 hours ago Share Posted 5 hours ago On my Chromatica playlist I generally listen to SL as the Ellis remix so whenever the album version comes up it's such a jumpscare I remember when it leaked all of my friends, myself included, thought it was a bad demo/old leaked song so when it actually came out we were all so underwhelmed. Not gonna lie, Stupid Love wasn't a best candidate for a lead single when songs like Alice, Free Woman, and Babylon exist. But something about this song always makes me elated whenever I listen to. Maybe her team overestimated the catchyness of Stupid Love although it's one of the interesting tracks from Chromatica. I guess it wouldn't have been bashed that much if it remained as a album cut. About the video: Who convinced Gaga to shoot a music video with an iPhone I hope that Gaga will never do this again after she watched the video herself and realised how dogshït it turned out to be.
