The most realistic scenario is a release at the end of the tour in April. Anyone guessing otherwise is delusionnal. Gaga's quality standard is too high now for it to be edited in a month. The Harlequin special was recorded in september and likely to be released at Christmas of 2024, that's 3 months. Plus there's the fact that the show is called Requiem and it doesn't make sense to release it before the era is over. Save yourselves the disappointment and be patient

So yeah I have to agree with @TheFrenchGuy, seeing this + the name, I'm guessing we'll get it right as the tour ends.

I think it's safe to say she'll tape the MSG shows right? Then yes that would be a nice Christmas gift 

Add to that the rumored but almost confirmed Weekend FIFA collab in June... We will be fed

If that's the case, I guess they have no plans of recording the tour  At least we have multiple HD recordings of the promo version of the show but there are so many changes that we won't have in high quality. They should've recorded the Australian shows and a couple of extra dates to release the surprise piano songs as extras  We deserved Is That Alright?, Brooklyn Nights, Joanne, DITD, etc in 4K

There were rumours that they were shooting a documentary during the whole promo tour but we never heard anything more about that since mid May... There was no talk about it even during the Singapore shows  so who knows?
