What other 40 year old woman has numbers that good? I’m looking from the bright side, this is good.

The song wasn’t radio friendly, didn’t even crack the top ten and we knew that. But still managed to be a hit.

The song is soon to be SOTY and/or ROTY recipent so of course the expectation is more.

I was honesly expecting top 3

This is based solely on the song’s performance on the Billboard Hot 100, so this isn’t really a chart to expect that from.

There’s a gap between how well this song did for a pop song by a woman in 2025 and how well it did on the Hot 100 overall in 2025.

Let’s not forget, the US has garbage taste in music, as is evidenced by the rest of the top 100 (or at least most of it).

And what do you see sis ?!?

If you're on the bright side then when you look to the less bright side all you see would be darkness. To see the light you need to be in the dark :trollga:

Sorry, but this just shows the hot 100 is no longer the metric of cultural relevance it used to be

Exactly. The global charts and streaming longevity matter far more than billboard hot 100 these days. For instance, Beyonce Cowboy Carter had fantastic debut positions in the US but started a massive overall freefall in the second week and currently is receiving less than 900k daily streams which is pretty shocking from a 27 track album with numerous collabs.

Hey, I'm king of the world, you ought to hear my song, you come on measure me, I'm twenty inches long
