ARTPOP release should’ve been pushed back

Her busy schedule from debut to up until early 2013 when the infamous hip injury happened was literally INSANE. She said it herself in the Howard Stern interview when ARTPOP was released. She was SO BUSY & OVERWORKED and then the big hip injury happened and she went into hiatus only to be pushed into the ARTPOP Era not too long afterwards.

I just wish she had more time to recover! Give her like 2 more months! Announce the lead single and album in September and release the album early January or something. I think that that would have been better! Then she wouldn’t feel as rushed, give her more time to rest and heal and not make feel so overworked and all. 
 

What do you guys think?

It was already pushed back, she was facing so much critisim for essentially having promoted the album for over a year before it was even being created in studio.

The EDM trend was losing steam, and typically back then album roll outs were fast full steam ahead.

Had she been given more time to actually work on the quality of the music, I think we potentially could have had a more well rounded sound but I think for the most part, the album ARTPOP we got is what she had always intended to create.

I heard somewhere that the label didn’t allow her to do what she originally wanted so she switched it up to what it became?

I also believe that ARTPOP is as it was planned. I don't know if LG or DJ White Shadow or some one from her team called ARTPOP "the little sister of The Fame Monster" and that is how it exactly sounds...LG also described ARTPOP as immature... and it is absolutely how the record sounds. So I think it was intend.

Gaga and Paul said that the album was changed a lot with many hands putting their touch on it, they wouldn't let them make the music they wanted. Applause wasn't even going to be part of the tracklist.
