wittypanda95 0 Posted November 15 Share Posted November 15 They had a heartfelt hug after she introduced his performance, plus I think this was around the time Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones were promoting Sweet Sounds of Heaven/ Hackney Diamonds at that time so he had the Gaga connection to get her there she literally said last year while promoting joker that she was a bad bunny fan and also said she loves Rosalia and they performed at SNL50 with The Lonely Island earlier this year - we didn't get a televised moment of them two together but surely behind the scenes they probably had a moment anyway I'm actually more interested to see if kendrick is the one who has legit beef with Gaga since Bitch don't kill my vibe / partynaueous didn't work out, since we literally haven't heard either one of them acknowledging the other since Honestly I want both Bad bunny and Gaga winning at least one general field award -and I legit wouldn't be upset if all big 3 awards are split with Kendrick (or at the worst one of the other rap albums) - that would be deserved and would reflect the ultimate feel of 2025 in music. That being said - I'm ready to be disappointed that they will probably award either or both kendrick and Bad Bunny (or potentially someone else for AOTY or SOTY or ROTY) and ultimately decide to overlook Gaga once again - Even if they decide to spread the love and award deserving artists, someone else also deserving usually misses out. Sadly I have this heartbreaking fear like she has missed the general field gun - genuinely good enough for a nom, expectation she will get a pop win, but not good or popular enough for the big 3 win. She could end up being the most awarded female artist out there for genre wins with no general field win. It's like she got somewhat hit by the BNA curse despite never being eligible for nomination and them having to change the rules bc of of her.
