Lucas 28,470
Yeah the first 8 tracks, from Disease to Zombieboy, + Shadow Of A Man are her best tracks released since the BTW album
TheARTPOPball 950
I think this album should be considered another “essential” gaga album however in my opinion they are all essential 🤭 Edited September 7 by TheARTPOPball 2

elegidadedios 2,610
I know this ain't the main topic of this thread but I honestly don't fully get why some see Happy Mistake fitting into MAYHEM? It's a very sad and depressive take on her feelings, I really get why it was meant to be on Chromatica. MAYHEM is like the other side of the same coin, yeah she talking about her inner chaos but in an accepting and "positive" way idk

MAYHEM is like the other side of the same coin, yeah she talking about her inner chaos but in an accepting and "positive" way idk I think it’s the “my head is filled with broken mirrors” line coupled with the album art and it being a follow up to the discussion of how she relates to her public persona on PC. Also I think that Happy Mistake (much like BOG) begins in a sad place, but ends in a more optimistic space and I kind of see them as two sides of the same coin: BOG is her deciding, in spite of being burned in the past, to choose to be open to love and HM is deciding, in spite of the pain she’s experienced by being an artist in the public eye, to be open to healing through the creative process. We have forgotten our public MANNERS 1
Wombat 192
underrated opinion: MAYHEM, as a whole, is better than Born This Way (album). IMO it's a stronger body of work. I've become a notorious being

IMO it's a stronger body of work. Born This Way is still her Magnum Opus though. It’s got a naivety, a bravery, a rawness that Mayhem doesn’t have — just because it’s come this far into her career. Also BTW carries a massive cultural impact that Mayhem doesn’t.
Gabi001 2,470
I haven't listened to any other music but Mayhem since it came out and it still sounds so fresh and its even better with addition of CSTH, TDD and KFL I'm not having fun tonight. 1 1

thisboyisamonster 1,060
I think the expanded version just exponentially improves the whole listening experience from start to finish. Like it feels much more complete and like a full sonic journey... she truly is like nothing else Edited September 7 by thisboyisamonster 1
