It, along with all of the USA symbolism this era, is not praise, it is critique. Hence the interlude video of her using the Statue of Liberty’s torch to light a cigar among other choice imagery. It’s like Springsteen’s Born in the USA: on the surface it seems patriotic but when you pay attention to what is being said you see how hyper critical it is of America.
