By 2028 this senior won't be able to speak/talk/walk. He's not running, doesn't mean he's not placing a successor, but he physically won't hold office again.

The argument that they are setting up is to read the „2 terms“ limit as „2 consecutive terms“ which would bare every other living president (besides Biden, but that option is completely Joever) to run.
 

And the question is.. would they actually force him out through the legislative and the judiciary branch if it really comes to it? So far, yes, he has been struck down by the courts on a few issues, but more often than not his both admins actually eroded and broke down norms, laws and rules left and right that will take decades to build up again, if they can be set back up. By completely stepping over every borderline, testung what they can get away with, even if set back and struck down here and there, they are still able to (not so) slowly move the borderline further and further.

I mean, where the precedent was „Presidents are not kings and no one is above the law“, and presidents were able to be held to that without it actually having to be enforced and tested.. When it actually came down to it, the Supreme Court basically was like „Presidents don‘t have full immunity, theoretically, but they have so much immunity that it‘s basically impossible for them to do something in a way where they have no immunity and actually be held accountable because it‘s impossible to get them legally, so basically presidents are god-kings.“ 
 

I‘m sorry, but compared to that a „2 terms means 2 successful consecutive terms“ interpretation is NOTHING, so please guys, don‘t bed yourself in false security.

Im merely making a pessimistic prediction that is probably realistic given his history so far of always getting away with everything and of the rich in general rarely getting karma

My fear exactly. The probabilities of this are hard to calculate. Cuz should he not totally take over as a dictator, something like this would never happen

 

But should ge succeed in becoming full blown authoritarian and stopping all opposition, absolutely hed probably try (and succeed if it went military since Canada military is #13 in the world but USA is #1 by far!)
