I think the separate branding is a legal thing - cause Coachella, Rio and SG was with the organizers / local govt. So they probably parked Mexico together cause of the dates. and that Singapore has region exclusivity, so maybe she can only bring the ball to other countries near SG under a diff name

That runway to B stage skeleton makes it look like Gagacabana will be the Mayhem Ball stage
