I don’t know… I feel like part of the original Switch’s massive success was that it was an affordable system, but if they start going from $60 to $80 for their 1st party titles, I don’t think it will have the same impact as the Switch 1. How can anyone explain the fact that they’re charging for the most basic tutorial game when you can get a REALLY good demo game like Astro’s Playroom for free with your PS5? That was a very odd decision on their part. The proof is that digital games are the same cost as physical - there's no such thing as a tariff on digital.
