Backstreet Boys to become first pop act to play Vegas Sphere Residency

The Backstreet Boys will become the first pop act to play at the Sphere in Las Vegas: the long-running group has announced a July 2025 residency at the immersive new venue called “Into the Millennium.” Produced by Live Nation, the event will feature nine performances on July 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26 and 27, 2025. Past residencies at the venue have included U2, Dead & Co., Phish, the Eagles and EDM act Anyma.

I'm a millennial 😂

I just don't really think of them as a boyband that still has a major fanbase.

At least in the past they were huge, when I was growing up in the early 00's they were pretty big in Portugal and we are usually a bit slow to take on trends. 😂 It's not surprising they can carry dates/shows by nostalgia alone.

They are still touring and selling out, especially since Millenials now mostly got adult money. No doubt they will do fine at The Spheres imho
