That time, the song was "Paper Gansta", which was never released as a single, and was most likely included because it fit the prison theme, lyrically wise. If she kept this approach, Frankensteined seems to fit the theme on Disease video. Particularly the character it was associated to, which is this Dark GaGa wearing a dress that seems "stitched together" with zippers, like a piece that was frankensteined together from different sources.
