On Spotify, It has to be in a playlist, three different songs between each play, songs must be by a different artist, and volume must be at least at 50% Wow, so I guess the near 100 times I listened to it are only gonna count as one single measly stream? There is no clear answer to that since Spotify never revealed its methods, but if you act like a human, it will count all your streams and may filter if the gap actually is 20 streams/day/song/user. Sometimes I tap the play to a song that’s in the playlist instead of the playlist itself, and then it plays random songs once the playlist is over. So, this is the playlist. True, there’s a lot of hearsay about it and we don’t know how their internal systems work. But it seems plausible that AI will consider an artificial stream a song that’s been played 30x non stop.
