It's been 4 years now since Chromatica so please remind me of tips and tricks to give the lead a well deserved debut and to help it reach as many people as possible! 😁 P.S. It's also so sad it's the first lead single without GagaDaily accounts being active 😞 I feel like their social media was such a core part of the fanbase and they were also great at promoting Gaga on and off album cycles... It's no wonder why PR teams have started reaching out to popular stan twitter accounts and buying promo in the form of hit tweets (but #nopromo) I like dancin', and ponies.... Lots of her stuff isn’t social media friendly, the disease teaser starts with a couple seconds of black screen and silence which is a no go for that app and younger people’s attention spans… It’s already one of her worst performing TikToks. We need to use disease in social media content outside of this fanbase. Her old discography went viral because it was usually attached to fan edits of anime, movie character, etc. We need to do the same for disease. He's definitely done a lot of things right (also huge merit to Gaga for her creativity and her materials), however, it's always frustrating when it feels like her promo is not on pair with other big artists like Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande or even Beyonce. We love Gaga so much that we want her to be the biggest star on the planet, but that's only possible if her management is also the best it can be I truly feel like she could do with a change in management... Have you ever considered that it's Gaga not wanting these long, stressful, strenuous schedules? Due to fibro, her mental health, her personal life, whatever it is. That's Bobby's best attribute. He'll never force Gaga to do something she doesn't want to do. He shows real respect to her and that's what every artist needs in their management. As someone with second and third hand contact with Bobby personally (I will actually meet him and everyone else someday when I live in CA ) I have nothing but great things to say about the guy. Fair enough! That's a good point, it could also be Gaga not wanting to push things as much. Still to my point, I feel like his team (I don't want to single him out because I know there is a big management team and record labels involved) could do more passive promotion. Just a short example, it's still crazy to me that many of Gaga's previous singles don't have visuals on Spotify yet? How is this possible when she's released music videos, visuals and so much material then? Little things like this matter... Check any of Swifts singles from 2008 and you won't find a single one without a dedicated visual on streaming apps... P.S. For example, don't make a playlist on Apple Music or Spotify of the song being included 20-30 times. Break it up. So what you'd wanna do is make a playlist and set it up so that the list goes, "DWAS, Alejandro, DISEASE, Sour Candy, ARTPOP, Heavy Metal Lover, Born This Way, DISEASE" and so forth. For streams to count you have to play the song in its entirety, no repeating back to back, and no skipping either.
