Like I don't blame anyone for feeling disappointed that Gaga seems sidelined in JFAD and expected to see her role have more substance. But there's no point comparing an album of Jazz covers to a studio pop album. It's cute and Happy Mistakes especially will grow on the fanbase because it's so personal.

I wouldn't be surprised if Harlequin was the result of her noticing she got sidelined in JFAD either.
