I miss the electro clash sound of Black Cherry/Supernature era Goldfrapp. 

Im also a big fan of the Believer album from Goldfrapp its good to see Alison making music in the same sound again but on her own terms.

Is there tea why she only releases as a solo artist instead of goldfrapp? 

I honestly loved and adored the love invention, digging deeper was my rush 

she’s serving cvnt on the cover I already love it, I didn’t think she would release music this soon, I don’t follow her as closely as I should  I’m loving this upbeat era, I need dance music to lift me

I don’t have a cited source, but I read she said they’re taking a break doing their own projects for a bit. Alisons with this album and follow up singles and Will Gregory’s Moog Ensemble “Heat Ray” album. 
 

since Silver Eye was the first time they’ve used outside producers, it’s not surprising that they possibly wanted to take things in different directions for a bit.
