Even though they said they won't mention switch 2, I believe that they will mention when a game will be available for switch 2, like metroid prime 4

Some rumors so far:

1. Ace Attorney Investigations and maybe AA7

2. Fantasian (Square Enix)

3. Metroid 2+3 Remasters

4. Metroid 4

5. Last chance for Wind Waker + Twilight Princess remasters

6. 2D Zelda Game (most likely a remake of the Oracle games or Minish)

7. Rift of the Necrodancer release date

8. Darkest Dungeon 2

9. New Amiibo

I'd be shocked if we get MP4 after all this time. I feel like they should save it as a launch for the Switch 2. Hoping for anything Zelda because otherwise I don't see myself making any purchases these next three quarters.

It's most likely be a cross gen one, to help people gradually move to the new system, it's 7 years since the announcement, I think it's time to reveal it tbh

 

I agree, I bought Mario RPG, traded it for Peach, and then Peach for Paper Mario, next it's Luigi's Mansion 2, I don't see any value in keeping these remakes for my collection.

Can they release more of the old school games. Game boy, NES etc. so many more out there that are Nintendo’s own.

I doubt it. Isn’t ZA for Switch2? Hence why they’re releasing it so late in 2025?

The reveal showed the game to be released on Nintendo Switch systems, meaning both OG and 2 in 2025 (not late, not winter, etc. just 2025) lol
