When Gaga inevitably goes back to posting nothing for months on end, I hope y'all remember this. Is it annoying that we haven't gotten any concrete info about LG7? Yeah. But would I rather have her post photos and stories of her just enjoying the music-making process over nothing? Absolutely. She seems passionate and happy about the music she's creating and that's only a good thing. We'll eventually get LG7 anyway, and on the bright side, she's actually communicating with us that she's working on music. She could easily just stay silent.

She's literally just posting pics of her working on music. Imo pre-eras happen before the album release, but when we have actual, legitimate news. maybe it's used differently in different spaces, but to my knowledge era starts around the time the first official thing is announced and released, not when the album is out and pre-era is exactly what's happening now, there's an album being made, people are talking about it, she's teasing it more and more and is starting to change her style to match the new aesthetics

She got way more attention & likes with her earlier selfies a couple of months ago. This was just more of the same and a mundane looking pic. i think a lot of people (plus Gaga) are misunderstanding the “complainers”. fans are complaining because all she does now is just post haus labs/ads and after the first nurtec ad she thought fans were upset that she wasn’t posting enough personal content — which is true but i think we respect her enough that if she doesn’t want to share then she doesn’t have to but don’t fake this parasocial relationship (which was created in 08)  just to continue pushing ads on us. that’s what people are upset about. it just doesn’t feel genuine anymore and feels like she’s just sharing so she doesn’t lose those fans. it’s kinda like her social media strategy now is post 2 ads and then 1 personal post, etc. and i mean yeah sure she can do whatever she wants it’s her business at the end of the day but her brand was built off of a bond between her and her fans also not to mention all her critiques on capitalism and how she doesn’t want to be a “celebrity”. and i think fans have (to a certain extent) valid reasons as to why they’re upset. they feel like this bond that was shared is gone and now abandoned.  maybe we’re misunderstanding her intentions cause the Gaga we’ve known has always had good intentions but it’s hard to say cause we feel like we don’t know her anymore

whatever happened to serving looks? instagram is literally the platform for that. nobody cares about Gaga's selfies in her pjs. she is the least followed MPG because her feed is sooo bad and inconsistent. even those Haus photoshoots look like arts and crafts. I mean yeah. Feb was when her posts got people hyped. I had non stans I know messaging me if it meant music was coming. Now they don’t care cause the hype they had has faded and they make jokes about her nurtec ad and makeup posts. She has a really weird reputation at the moment to the public.
