well even tho i don't think it's the best but seems very clear for now that she will be very silent about new moves on this era, Disease she did all that URL detective teaser enigmatic music letter's changing... probably this ""leaks"" is also planted to ignite the inner fanbase to start talking about this album again

Yup. The website is real and was registered by the same owner that did gagadisease.com apparently and around the same time.
Which means the tea served by that one LanaBoards user is probably real.
