Some of the parts she stops singing for choreo and a backing vocal plays but there's no lip syncing The first half of paparazzi for example isn't even her singing - its the song being played with Mother GOAT lip syncing. And at the end of Judas she stops singing when she chases after the GOAT soldier guy

Those "backing vocals" are way too loud at some points not to be considered lip syncing.
