Adele to drop her most optimistic album ever later this year

Adele has reportedly been writing and recording new music for the past year after being inspired by finding love with her American sports agent fiance Rich Paul.

Those close to her say she has penned her most uplifting and positive songs ever and is in talks about dropping a surprise album later this year.

A source said: “Some of 30 was actually recorded before the pandemic hit so Adele was sat on the record for ages during lockdown.

“Since then her life has totally transformed. She has gone from rock bottom to being madly in love and wants the world to know it.

“Her music reflects that and the next album will be her most optimistic ever. She won’t be the queen of heartbreak ballads for much longer.”

i kinda feel like her image cracked with 30 and people began to lose interest. there was a load of hype at first and then absolutely nothing once the album droped. ok it won awards but compared to 21 and 25 it was nowhere

I don't get why the GP didn't like the album since 30 is my favorite Adele album so far. I think Easy On Me was the WORST lead single choice for that album and actually that song is not even single-worthy maybe it flopped because of this.

i totally agree and it's weird because i think 30 is a great solid record but didnt really connect to it, only listened a couple times and never again

And also I feel like the way she lost weight it had an impact on how she was before acknowledged as the plus size singing diva which put her more to the image of opera singers or the respected ballad singer with an incredible voice where her age didn't matter as much as it does now when she suddenly is put besides Taylor Swift and asked to maybe produce more TikTok songs. It's disgusting how society puts standards towards women whether it is looks, body size or age.

There was talk about how 30 was supposed to be upbeat and have more poppy sounds. I wonder if those songs were just being tossed around before 30’s release as well since she had been making more upbeat music already. 

Bet she’s had another album ready to go since last year and they’re waiting to have at least 2 years in between albums
