Gaga follows over 116,000 people, many of them fan accounts she mass followed back in the day. Think about what her timeline must look like. There is no way she is just casually browsing that feed. IF she uses twitter at all, she probably just checks her mentions quickly to like a few things and gets out. 

She probably gets anything important/ relevant shown to her by assistants/media helpers, too. So who she follows or doesn't follow really means nothing

With all due respect, get a hobby. Going through follow lists of other people on social media with a fine tooth comb is such weird and obsessive behaviour.
