The gig turned out to be a rushed album release party... they had printed early copies of the album with a different coloured font on the cover and a slightly different tracklisting (and spelling errors in the booklet ) - they were rush releasing it in Canada because she was already charting here and her label wanted to capitalize on that. I got to meet her, she signed a couple of CDs for me, and we had a drink at the bar with a group of people. It was iconique - the best part was I told her "you're going to be bigger than Madonna" and she squealed and told me to shut the **** up and hugged me lol Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
