I think she’s a great vocalist. Her voice has matured very nicely and she has improved so much over the years. She is a full package as an artist.

I would rather have someone who writes their own music and sings passionately than someone who isn’t connected to their music

I think Taylor is a very decent singer. I'd put her above Rihanna, Madonna and Katy Perry for example

But she's definitely below the likes of Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera, P!nk or Adele

She's not one of the elite vocalists in my opinion but to say she can't sing good is a bit harsh. She definitely can sing pretty well still

she's very meh, i wouldn't even call her a vocalist, she's a singer, doesnt compare to the actual vocalists like Whitney, Mariah and Bey

✨ puthy tight, puthy clean, puthy fresh ✨

She’s not an amazing singer skill wise. but by god you sure know when Taylor’s singing! Her voice is unique and instantly recognisable, which I think is undeniable, unless you’re living under a rock.

When there’s singers out there with vocals like Gaga, Adele, Ariana, Amy Winehouse, Mariah Carey, etc., Taylor sounds like an amateur.

That’s kind of true!I’ve never said she’s that good as Gaga,Adele and so on.Everyone knows that.

Better Day

She has a pleasant enough voice. She couldn’t sing a song like I Will Always Love you (Whitney’s Version) but her voice always suits her songs especially slower and acoustic songs.

I would say she is within the same range as Dolly Parton in terms of vocals. Not amazing vocalists but have amazing voices and sing to their ability.

She's good (not great though, in terms of what can be done with a voice). But she also has this quality of emoting lyrics beautifully even with the range she has. But the main issue I think is that her singing can sound very same-y in multiple songs because there's not much vocal acrobatics and adventures she can do. Otherwise, she has a beautiful voice!

I think she has a pleasing voice and it suits all her song, it not grating or annoying but its also no Adele:vegas:

Pretty much this. She makes up for it with strong songwriting imo.

I personally could not care less for bad/weak vocals (e.g. Selena Gomez) as long as the music itself is good. Extra points if the artist is actually involved in the process of creating the music.

And vice versa with great vocalists who don't create their own music. I don't mind but...meh.

shes a good singer. i never got why the ability to belt out a power ballad is the bar of being or not being a good singer

Her vocals are weak but not terrible. Anyone who thinks she is "a good singer" must be non-musical person... :awkney:
