Ouch though. It's so sad to know (and now have it confirmed) that she has to see these constant 'I miss the old Gaga' comments on everything. 

I think her response is fair though. She wasn't even dragging them, just saying hey bitch I never went anywhere. Maybe the "see you at the Chromatica Ball" was a bit shady lol but good on her. And she's right too, that person making these comments probably has their tickets all ready for TCB

I mean 'people' are all different with infinitely diverse and ever changing opinions/tastes. Of course not everyone is ever going to like anything. There will always be someone complaining about everything, but it's not the same people doing the complaining.

 

 

Tbh I don't view this as a drag. As others have said, just a fun way of saying "pop star gaga will be back". It's nice seeing some form of fan interaction

I'm not going to lie, I - and I'm sure, truthfully, most of us on here - miss the energy and 'pizzazz' Gaga had between TF-AP. She has lost that drive and care and attention to detail to deliver work (music, visuals, fashion) that's truly exciting and boundary-pushing. As a result of that though, I know she's gained so much in her personal life, which is undeniably more important than her career. But as a fan - not a friend or family member - I do miss when Gaga was really something quite extraordinary. It's just such a shame she suffered so much for her art back then. It does make me look at her carer differently unfortunately. Her best work and moments came from her worst place. It's very sad. 

I'd never 'drag' Gaga for this though. I completely understand the need she had to find balance in her life, which she was never going to do when living in the heels of 'superhuman' 'Lady Gaga' from another planet. It's just undeniable that in seeking that balance, her artistic output has changed and become less... exciting? I mean, the Lady Gaga of the past would never turn up at an awards show in a 'basic' dress and an up-do. She just wouldn't! She'd be making statements and turning herself into a piece of art. Those days are gone. I miss them... but I don't want them back. Not with the pain we now know triggered all those 'iconic' moments.
