That certainly makes sense. She seemed to give it everything she had just to give the fans something. It was unlikely for another major hit from ARTPOP by then (even if GUY does outstream entire careers by itself today)

Well we know $250K was the fine to fill the Neptune Pool during a drought. I would actually expect that to have taken a larger percentage
