She’s an absolute legend in the grand scheme, but her music just isn’t at the core of the cultural conversation atp. This song was released to spark a buzz, and it’s definitely working. It was only put on streaming yesterday. This era being a love letter to the dance floor is even translating itself into the tactics they’re using to market it. I assume the lead single will at least have a couple posts from Madonna's official accounts and let people know it's coming.
