People can really easily change the shape of their tummy when posing. Maybe she should have someone round up the paps and do a few poses and then tell them to go away. But when you have some level of insecurity, you only see it when people say bad things about yourself. I really hope she can make it and be well with herself, she and everybody deserves it.
