The show isn't canceled but SUSPENDED because some scripts and musics were not ready and some actors schedules were not fitting anymore as they have other things to do

this is actually really sad.

I dont follow Rita at all but i saw the tweet about how Beauty and the Beast is one of her favorite stories as a child and she literally got her dream role.

Like the universe does NOT want her to succeed

Maybe HQ was scared they would turn this into a mess

Not the OUAT creator  I really enjoyed the show as it was coming out with the first few seasons, but every time someone points something out about i think about how badly it was written.
