No it is not, I am pretty sure it was in the leaked/released documents. I do not remember exactly, but I think it was related to the distance from Vegas rather than major cities COME ON GAYS!! It would be ridiculous to even attempt to draw up a radius that would stretch the entire west coast. You’d end up getting rid of Texas and some of the major Midwest cities too.
