I’d rather see her revisit ARTPOP and do Act II with DJWS. She has nearly a decade’s worth of distance from it; I’d be so intrigued to see how she approaches it now after all this time and while she’s mostly in a better place now than she was then

I've accepted we won't get any more promo, which sucks because I adored the aesthetic and concepts.

However if she doesn't tour it, I'll be p*ssed. They've had our money close to 2 years now, if they cancel it now that shows are possible, what was the point?

And personally I really don't want a joint Chromatica x LG7 tour, and definitely not another greatest hits show (aka SBHTS, Coachella, JWT, Enigma) The album is one of her best, it deserves to be performed in full, and I really want a theatrical concept performance, with a cohesive aesthetic, not just a bunch or random songs and outfits on a generic stage. Chromatica deserves its own show, and I'll be very disappointed with anything less.

 

Of course she won't be as connected to the music after 2 years, but almost all her tours have continued well over a year after release. She was still doing TMB right up until BTW was released, she toured Joanne after switching to ASIB, and she was wholeheartedly performing ARTPOP every night during C2C's rollout, even after all that happened during that era. I see no reason why she couldn't tour Chromatica, especially for 6 dates.

As much as I want more from the era, I think that ship has long sailed. I love Chromatica so much, but it feels, idk just not good if I were to be simple about it. Kinda ready to move on music wise for the next one, whenever that happens

True. She is not Doja cat lol. She's at that stage in her career where she can just put out the album for fans to enjoy and take a break.. just like beyonce, britney etc are doing

I'd love it but I don't think it's going to happen. CHROMATICA was basically ARTPOP without the literal hype from Gaga herself about what was coming. The downside is that since we know what she's capable of planning, a lot of us were looking forward to many music videos, performances, Chromatica TV, etc.

Given that she "lived as Patrizia" for a long time, I doubt she will have music ready shortly after awards season next year. {Although I would DIE at the tweet, "Surprise monsters, my new album is out now!" since they could technically ride the HoG train}

You can tell the Chromatica songs make her sad, and I'd enjoy her promote and be involved in an album she really is passionate about. So maybe LG7 next winter or sumn  But touring is backed up because of COVID, so I could even see them waiting til 2023 to ensure a proper tour.
