Stop defending her. that is not the narrative at all, it's about recognizing that we live in a system that make women feel jeopardized, threatened by other women, sometimes envious because they are induced to compared themselves with other women etc, it's demoralizing, it's difficult, many women surrender to that system, i think that calling out xtina this way achieve nothing unless they've done a really bad thing to you which i don't know it's the case... It's very interesting to me that Britney did not have access to social media all these years, and yet her current posts read exactly like the ones we used to get when Free Britney was still a theory. I think there is a huge piece of the puzzle to this entire fiasco that the public/us are not privy to. This doesn't make any sense - and I'm usually not one for conspiracy theories. She had been waiting to speak up. So let her speak up. She know what she feels and what she feel is VALID. There must be lots of things that public never know. So let's not pretend that we know all, especially asking her to chill at that, that is disgusting. She grew up along Britney and have taken similar artistic paths but it’s not like they’re super friends that she’d speak up about this situation as if she knew everything behind the scenes. People close to Britney (family, friends, dancers) were SILENCED by Jamie Spears and they were not allowed to say anything about the conservatorship, now imagine her peers who probably knew about it but not in detail, like Cher. That’d have gotten them in unnecessary drama back then. Yes, love that she posted about Gaga but lets not forget that you guys were asking here every day why she had not said ANYTHING about this. This is only the first time she does. I love Britney so much and I’m so happy to see her finally free but I think she’s being a little extra. She’s starting to look like that aunt that suddenly drags other people on social media. By 2008, Britney was in the c-ship and a prisoner ever since. Now, with the freedom, she probably feels some type a way with her childhood best friend being rude for years, only speaking up at the last minute about the conservatorship, then blowing good the topic when asked on the red carpet. Gaga handled it the way it should have been handled, and she doesn’t even have the history that X and B have.
