Another great song recorded at that time but that wasn't released (until the new version for Celebration) is It's So Cool. As a Christian, the whole American Life album really speaks to me! It's this mindset, I don't really know how to explain it, but Madonna put it in action in this sonic masterpiece! Die Another Day- Self Control, Perseverance, Apostle Paul Hollywood- Satan's World, temptation American Life- turning away from useless efforts to "fit in" this world Mother&Father- Trauma, forgive&forget NKM- confused media/world, misinformation Nothing Fails- hope, fear, love, loss,relationship with the One, better future Love Profusion- love is strength, God is love, love Profusion I could go on but I LOVE this album SO much!!!
