I don't think so. It was 2013. Google did exist back then.

So did the tabloids which routinely make sh*t up - if someone in the public eye who's had extensive experience with the press twisting information or straight up lying, presumed those stories were fake and left it at that, I wouldn't be surprised nor hold it against them...

Being a pop star is time consuming - not everyone can afford the time to go down a rabbit hole checking every single article and twitter thread to verify information, as well as the time to research how to verify said information - it's not a skill everyone has - are you expecting every pop start to double as a professional journalist? I really don't understand how you can't see how unrealistic that is :saladga:

It's a joke! When you give me that look, it's a joke!

also kinda funny because when gaga was talking about JND

she said that not many rappers wants to work with her because of her gay fanbase, but T.I., Twista etc. are diffrent, really great and cool about it xD

He's just pressed that the good old days of homophobia are gone in pop culture :huntyga:

If Lil Nas X can kick his **** in peace...T.I. can stay irrelevant in peace :lolly:

Why do gay men put responsibility on women for bad men’s actions. The rhetoric that making a song with an abuser is on the same level of actually being an abuser is laughable

I don't think people are faulting her for what Kelly did. Nor will they fault her for what T.I. did. But there is a certain amount of backlash that will result because of working with them. It will go away tho. IMO.

We should not blame women for what the men they worked with did. But we certainly blamed Katy for it and JLo and the female artists GGD bashes frequently.

Some people even came for Meryl Streep when the Weinstein mess happened.

So why did Gaga collab with him again? Wow she kinda has **** judgement in collabs. Cant really separate the art from the artist, if you’re actively funding the artist’s bad behaviour

Not to be rude but I really don’t understand why these questions come up. T.I. Hadn’t been openly criticized for this type of behavior at this point in his career, so how do you expect Gaga to know these type of comments and behavior would come up 8 years later? You do realize their collab was in 2013, not this year, correct?
