They are. It also speaks volumes about how insecure they are to seek validation through the fact that they’ve had sex with a woman from other men, which is an unfortunate way that men seem to give other men respect.

absolutely. I know the term "toxic masculinity" is at times overused but it is overused for these exact reasons. TM is literally the reason why men still behave like this in the modern age. Seeking validation from other men via sharing your sexual experiences is so odd to me. It's one thing to healthily speak about sex with friends but it's a whole other thing to be bragging and showing photos without the women's actual consent (which I'm certain he didnt even ask).

It's because for a lot of men, the concept of being seen as some "alpha chad" is so prioritized in their mind, especially being seen that way by other men, who can admire and wish to be like them for being seen that way. A man who sleeps with a lot of women is seen as a someone with higher value to others because they managed to do that.
